What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a new 0-to-1 initiative to transform promotional experiences for customers worldwide
  2. Lead roadmap reviews and business updates with Amazon senior leadership (up to VP and SVP levels)
  3. Own key performance metrics and strategic objectives for promotion adoption and business growth
  4. Design and run innovative CX experiments to learn about what drives customer engagement and business outcomes, and drive feature launch decisions
  5. Contribute to the technical product roadmap for displaying promotional savings across the store

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Nice to have

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
