Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and delivery of AI-powered agents for Workday's enterprise platform. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered agents that are designed to be understood, trusted, and adopted by customers at global scale.
  2. Own products across the agent lifecycle—from defining the customer problem and value proposition, to shaping the platforms and frameworks that enable Workday teams to bring agents to market quickly and consistently.
  3. Turn emerging AI capabilities into clear product narratives, scalable solutions, and measurable customer impact.
  4. Help define how Workday positions, builds, and delivers intelligent agents—ensuring innovation lands with clarity, credibility, and purpose.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B
  • Experience with AI Agents
  • Technically proficient with AI and LLM-powered technology
  • Experience managing stakeholders and working collaboratively and cross functionally with a product portfolio
  • Experience bringing new product offerings to market
  • Steadfast focus on user-centric design, data, research, and well-honed judgment
  • Bias for decisions and actions and comfortable making big decisions on the minimal amount of information needed for it.
  • Ability to operate successfully across multiple functions, influence senior executives and peers alike, and mediate across various partners
  • Good communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal

Nice to have

  • Previous experience at AI centric or data centric companies a plus
  • You’ve worked in unstructured, fast-moving environments like early stage startups, and thrived in it.
  • You are passionately following the latest in AI products and emerging technologies and trying them out, exploring possibilities, and have experimented with many of the technologies on your own
  • You are driven to action, progress, and decisions and are comfortable pushing on product deliveries with best available incomplete information and get your motivation from building/delivering
  • You are organized and capable of tracking dozens of moving pieces and managing the many stakeholders that you work with at a company like Workday
  • You excel at learning and understanding customer pain points quickly based on public information, internal information, and customer conversations, and can get up to speed on complex customer pain points in a fraction of the time a typical PM would
