What you'd actually do

  1. Establish Genie as a leading agentic AI solution for business productivity by driving awareness and adoption across priority customer segments.
  2. Launch and iterate messaging and campaigns that increase engagement and conversion among business users, business decision makers, and IT leaders.
  3. Elevate Databricks’ AI narrative at flagship events and in always-on campaigns, resulting in increased share of voice and Genie pipeline.
  4. Improve sales readiness and productivity by delivering enablement programs and content that achieve high CSAT with field teams and are consistently used in strategic opportunities.
  5. Build a strong portfolio of customer stories and proof points that demonstrate measurable Genie impact on business outcomes and are actively leveraged across sales, marketing, and partner motions.
