Senior Product Marketing Manager at Peloton responsible for co-driving strategy, development, and execution of key business initiatives to drive awareness, sales, and subscriptions for Connected Fitness products. This role involves defining product marketing strategy, leading go-to-market launches, synthesizing insights for positioning and messaging, managing cross-functional projects, and identifying growth opportunities. Requires strong project management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop the product marketing strategy for new products and features that support the Connected Fitness product portfolio (experience working with physical product teams to define feature set and pricing is strongly preferred) and drive alignment across all parts of the business
  2. Lead creating positioning and messaging synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights, and applying that to craft clear and thoughtful briefs to marketing channel owners
  3. Lead large, multichannel, cross-organizational projects and campaigns by proactively bringing together multiple teams across Product, Marketing, Business, Finance and Content and oversee campaign development through to execution
  4. Serve as a strategic thought partner to Product to proactively identify opportunities to further improve our products and software experiences
  5. Build a deep knowledge and expertise of the Connected Fitness business and its competitive set in order to identify and drive new growth opportunities

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing ideally with a focus on product marketing
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to changing business needs, and seeing them through from strategy to execution
  • Highly organized, excellent time management skills
  • Ability to lead and influence cross functional partners to drive results, must cultivate strong relationships within the organization
  • Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-dimensional marketing
  • Comfortable pushing forward new strategic thinking, presenting above & across peers
  • A collaborative mindset
