Product Marketing Manager for AWS contact center solutions, focusing on go-to-market strategy and content creation for AI/ML-powered products serving millions of customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Craft & develop compelling stories and content (e.g. presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos.) that land our value proposition
  2. Have a solid understanding of Amazon customers, our product and the market more broadly
  3. Regularly engage with customers, analysts, and partners to drive advocacy
  4. Plan and execute marketing initiatives at events to showcase Amazon innovation, messaging, content, keynotes, and breakout sessions
  5. Work closely with AWS field teams to maintain internal sales hubs with the latest resources, value propositions, and sales enablement content

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of direct experience working with customers on cloud technology adoption
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud architectures in technical domains (e.g., Analytics, Developer Tools, Compute, Databases, Generative AI)
  • Demonstrated experience creating technical content and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences

Nice to have

  • MBA, or Master's degree
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for technical products
  • Track record of creating compelling technical demonstrations and reference architectures
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to synthesize insights from multiple source
  • Experience presenting to executive-level audiences and industry analysts
