What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate closely with our advanced machine learning team to define, deliver, and scale next-generation personalized experiences across News & Entertainment products.
  2. Manage all stages of A/B and multivariate testing, selecting key use cases that align to OKRs and user needs, designing test plans, and tracking metrics to ensure statistical significance.
  3. Develop strategic narratives that combine qualitative and quantitative data to convey ideas with clarity, influence decision-making, and deliver meaningful improvements at scale.
  4. Lead the adoption and enhancement of personalization and experimentation tools, working across teams to introduce new features, streamline workflows, and enhance product delivery.
