Sr Program Manager - AI Literacy & Adoption

Johnson & Johnson Johnson & Johnson · Pharma · Titusville, NJ +5

This role is a Program Manager focused on AI Literacy and Adoption within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. The primary responsibility is the end-to-end execution and operational delivery of AI learning programs across R&D, ensuring consistent adoption and high-quality learner experiences. The role involves managing the execution roadmap, overseeing program logistics, coordinating learning delivery, enabling content deployment, and tracking metrics for continuous improvement. While familiarity with AI concepts is a plus, the core function is program management and adoption, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and maintain the AI Literacy execution roadmap, including quarterly training calendars, launch schedules, and event timelines across R&D.
  2. Oversee logistics from end to end, including registration flows, scheduling, materials readiness, live session support, and post‑event follow‑up.
  3. Support the delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in‑person AI Literacy learning experiences, including onboarding sessions, workshops, and large‑scale training events across global R&D audiences.
  4. Partner with AI Literacy content owners to create and maintain toolkits, prompt libraries, onboarding guides, and microlearning modules tailored to both enterprise tools (e.g., Copilot) and proprietary platforms.
  5. Track operational KPIs including attendance, completion rates, satisfaction, and early indicators of adoption; leverage data and feedback to continuously refine execution and improve the learner experience.
