Program Manager for the People Experience and Technology (PXT) team supporting Japan Corporate. This role will partner with the PXT Director to drive rhythm of business, shape PXT strategy, and execute critical talent priorities. The role will also focus on leveraging AI and automation to improve PXT efficiency and insight-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include owning operating cadence, developing strategy, building mechanisms for transparency and accountability, leading talent priorities, building program frameworks, using data for talent decisions, partnering with COEs and global counterparts, identifying opportunities for process modernization through AI and automation, driving enablement and change management, and developing dashboards and reporting. Fluency in Japanese and English is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the PXT JP Corp operating cadence — business reviews, planning cycles, goal tracking, and leadership forums
  2. Partner with the PXT Director to develop and iterate PXT strategy for JP Corp, aligned with Japan and global priorities
  3. Build mechanisms that create transparency, drive accountability, and surface insights proactively
  4. Lead execution of critical talent priorities — succession planning, talent reviews, workforce planning, leadership development — from design through delivery
  5. Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize PXT processes — including leveraging AI, automation, and technology-enabled solutions where appropriate

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Fluent Japanese & English written and verbal communications

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
