Sr. Program Manager - Release Management, Oracle Analytics

This role is for a Sr. Program Manager focused on Release Management for Oracle Analytics. The primary responsibility is to manage the end-to-end delivery of Analytics products, including defining release plans, managing risks, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires strong technical program management capabilities, understanding of SDLC, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive core release management responsibilities for multiple products and/or projects
  2. Manage requirements and define proper solutions (process + technology) with the mindset of extensibility and scalability
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership of Development and Product Management in defining release plans, and taking ownership of successful execution of the approved release plan
  4. Identify and manage risks that may impact release plans and facilitate risk resolution
  5. Establish key metrics to measure and monitor progress of releases and ensure delivery of quality products
