What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute fraud prevention strategies that balance risk reduction with business growth and customer experience across multiple product lines and geographies
  2. Lead cross-functional programs spanning ML model deployment, risk rule optimization, partner integrations, and operational process design — driving alignment across teams that do not report to you
  3. Analyze fraud patterns at scale — identify emerging attack vectors, quantify business exposure, develop mitigation recommendations, and drive implementation to resolution
  4. Build and operate fraud monitoring and response frameworks that enable early detection and rapid containment of attacks across 20+ marketplaces
  5. Own fraud performance metrics and executive reporting — author business reviews for VP-level audiences with clear narratives on performance, root causes, and forward-looking plans

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Knowledge of general AI tools
  • Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
