Sr. Program Operations Lead - Insurance & Extended Warranty

This role is responsible for the operational execution and commercial scaling of Rivian's vehicle protection portfolio, including Service Contracts and Preferred Vehicle Protection products. It involves managing business infrastructure, vendor performance, and multi-state operations, as well as defining operational processes, ensuring compliance, and overseeing claims and portfolio expansion.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage Rivian Care product and market expansion.
  2. Manage and optimize SLAs, holding partners accountable to service levels and claims performance.
  3. Define the operational “how” for new products, ensuring that all state-specific legal and service requirements are integrated into the customer experience.
  4. Direct end-to-end customer communications and point-of-sale materials in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
  5. Oversee the operational success of claims at Rivian Service Centers, optimizing the claims filing process for customers and technicians.

Skills

Required

  • Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Domain expertise in F&I or Related Protection Products
  • Experience at Service Centers or garages
  • Entrepreneurial mindset or track-record of building the infrastructure for a new line of business
  • Ability to translate complex protection concepts into simple, persuasive retail messaging
