Sr Project Manager I (m/f/d)

This role is for a Sr. Project Manager in Environmental Health, Safety (EH&S) and Facilities Services (FS) at Johnson & Johnson. The responsibilities include defining project goals, monitoring budgets and schedules, coordinating external planners and internal stakeholders, managing construction projects, leading teams, communicating with clients and partners, project documentation, reporting, and supporting facility digitalization and building automation. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulations and data quality for audits, and managing interfaces with fleet management, security, fire protection, and cafeteria operations. Qualifications include a degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or similar, with experience in project management, TGA plant construction, and/or construction. Knowledge of building services and technical building equipment is required, with experience in cleanroom planning, construction, and qualification being advantageous. Strong self-responsibility, organizational skills, discipline, communication, and customer orientation are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and good English skills are also required.
