Sr. Proposal Manager

Klaviyo is seeking a Sr. Proposal Manager to lead and scale their RFP response function. This individual contributor role will shape systems, processes, and strategy for responding to customer questionnaires, working closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing. The role requires strong project management, writing, and collaboration skills, with experience in high-growth SaaS environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted partner and internal champion for all things RFP—becoming the go-to expert for proposal strategy and execution.
  2. Own the end-to-end RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire response strategy and process from intake to submission, including:
  3. Maintain and improve a scalable, up-to-date knowledge base of commonly asked questions and approved answers using our RFP software, including:
  4. Partner with Sales and Go-to-Market operational leadership to ensure our process is measurable and built for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, including:

Required

  • 5+ years of experience managing RFPs or proposals in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
