This role coordinates Quality Measurement reviews within the Quality Monitoring department, focusing on improving quality results and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include managing quality samples, researching quality issues, recommending process improvements, and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a quality monitoring sample within the required timeline and communicate results to management
  2. Initiate and conduct research for varied quality related issues
  3. Recommend improvements to quality processes, policies and procedures
  4. Develop action plans to improve service to internal and external customers and make recommendations to reduce operating costs and increase efficiency
  5. Partner in the design and implementation of new or revised measurement criteria within areas of responsibility.
