This role is for a Sr Recruiter in Paris, France, supporting Uber Eats and Grocery & Retail. The recruiter will own the full lifecycle of recruiting, design sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and leverage data and AI tools to improve hiring processes. The role requires 8+ years of recruiting experience, fluency in French and English, and AI fluency for leveraging tools like Gemini and Glean. Experience in tech, mobility, or marketplace sectors is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end recruiting engine—from surfacing deep market intelligence to closing high-impact hires.
  2. Design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies that don't just find talent, but build a sustainable, diverse pipeline for Uber’s evolving roadmap.
  3. Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers. You’ll align expectations, sharpen interview rigor, and ensure every hire raises the bar for the organisation.
  4. Collaborate across the global Uber TA landscape to pilot new processes, share knowledge, and scale what works.
  5. Think beyond LinkedIn. You’ll find creative ways to engage talent internally, through university partnerships, referrals and more

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Fluent French and English speaking
  • AI & Digital Fluency: Expertise in leveraging AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, Glean) to automate workflows, uncover passive talent, sharpen communication and improve the quality of hiring.
  • A track record of acting as a talent consultant to business leaders, using your influence to sharpen decision-making and raise the bar for every hire.
  • Ability to translate ATS insights and market data into actionable strategies that optimise the recruiting pipeline.
  • Exceptional prioritisation skills
