What you'd actually do

  1. Manage full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing).
  2. Proactively source, engage, and persistently follow up with top candidates to secure high-caliber talent.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to coach on interview best practices, elevating interview quality and the overall candidate experience.
  4. Continuously gather and apply feedback on candidate quality to refine hiring strategies and raise the talent bar.
  5. Manage high-impact recruiting events to source and close high caliber candidates.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience at a strategic search firm, a startup or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to influence with data.
  • Ability to navigate and push through adversity in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Aptitude forging strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
  • Commitment to excellence and finding the top 1% of candidates.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for the candidate experience.
  • Desire to identify process improvement opportunities and bias for action to deliver value against them.
  • Executive presence, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
