Sr Recruiting Consultant - Workday Success Plans

Workday is seeking a Sr Recruiting Consultant to join their Workday Success Plans Team. This role focuses on helping customers drive business value from Workday applications post Go-Live through various programs and services, including feature demonstrations and deployments. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, assisting with how-to questions, troubleshooting configuration, and providing feature demonstrations. Responsibilities include conducting research, delivering microconsulting engagements, troubleshooting product configuration, creating presentations, and accelerating customer feature adoption. The role requires IT implementation experience, experience with recruiting systems, and software consulting experience. A Workday Certification is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conducting research to ensure understanding of customer questions and related Workday concepts.
  2. Delivering small scope consulting in response to customer requests; providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.
  3. Troubleshooting product configuration to resolve or provide optimal product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
  4. Clearly and effectively communicating responses and value to customers.
  5. Creating and delivering customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Recruiting systems, including but not limited to PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience.
  • Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills so as to understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required

Nice to have

  • Workday Certification, or ability to certify in, at least one of the following: Recruiting, Learning, and Talent
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Fluency in French, German, Italian or Spanish at a business level is a plus
