What you'd actually do

  1. Elevate candidate experience by scheduling a high volume of phone, in-person, and video conference interviews globally, demonstrating accountability and visibility across the business
  2. Manage end-to-end interview logistics, communicating all scheduling details clearly and promptly with candidates and interview teams
  3. Support recruiters and hiring managers in building exceptional teams, ensuring a positive, consistent candidate experience at every touchpoint
  4. Maintain a clear recruiting workflow by keeping candidate statuses accurate and up-to-date in Ashby (ATS), upholding data integrity across all active requisitions
  5. Assist with onboarding new employees, including processing new hire paperwork and coordinating pre-boarding handoffs

Skills

Required

  • 4-5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or an operations support role, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with an ATS
  • Superbly professional communication skills
  • Detail orientation and a commitment to accuracy
  • Flexibility and initiative
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • experience with Ashby is a plus
