Senior Relationship Manager for Bank of America's Middle Market Commercial Banking team in Boston. This role involves partnering with leadership teams of companies generating $50 million to $2 billion+ in annual revenue, acting as a trusted advisor to deliver sophisticated financial solutions, deepen client relationships, and drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities include managing a client portfolio, acquiring and deepening relationships, analyzing financial statements and industry trends, collaborating with internal specialists, and leading client dialogues.

What you'd actually do

  1. Demonstrates ability to successfully manage an extensive portfolio of middle market clients with revenues greater than $100 million
  2. Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships
  3. Understands and interprets financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends
  4. Collaborates with domestic and international teammates throughout the bank, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management and facilitates client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services in order to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects
  5. Leads and facilitates dialogue with a variety of complex clients and prospects regarding topics such as the client and prospect industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues
