This role is for a Sr. Restaurants Account Executive at Uber Advertising, focusing on growing the offline food delivery advertising business by building and expanding partnerships with restaurant brands. The individual will lead sales strategy, drive adoption of Uber's advertising solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help partners achieve marketing objectives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute advertising partnership strategies that support partner goals and drive quarterly business growth
  2. Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, identifying opportunities to expand advertising investment and product adoption
  3. Build relationships with senior marketing stakeholders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level executives
  4. Navigate complex partner conversations with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills
  5. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver successful outcomes for partners

Skills

Required

  • Experience in enterprise or large-customer digital advertising sales
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation and closing
  • Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex organizations or brands
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities
  • Ability to manage pipeline health and accurately forecast business performance
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities that create value for both partners and Uber
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities

  • Experience selling advertising solutions to restaurant brands or within the food delivery ecosystem
  • Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using storytelling and data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and uncover growth opportunities
  • Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, and data analysis tools; SQL experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of digital advertising products, programmatic ecosystems, DSPs, and sponsored advertising solutions
