This role is a Senior Sales Engineer focused on AI Security, demonstrating how AI can be monitored and secured. It involves acting as a technical advisor, delivering product demos, supporting proof-of-concept projects, and documenting customer use cases. The role requires knowledge of AI/LLMs, AI security threats (prompt injection, data poisoning, etc.), cloud platforms, DevOps, and API integration, with a focus on securing AI agents and workloads.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how AI can be monitored and secured.
  2. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements.
  3. Support customers during proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value.
  4. Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation.
  5. Collaborate with a global team in our remote-first environment, occasionally flexing outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions
  • Understanding of AI/LLMs, foundation models, common model vendors, and common business use cases for AI
  • Understanding of training methods, fine tuning, and RAG application architectures
  • Understanding agents, agentic AI, tool usage, and MCP
  • Deep Understanding of Prompt injection, an evolving LLM vulnerability that allows attackers to embed conflicting or deceptive instructions into user inputs that override system prompts - often to extract sensitive data and subvert AI behavior.
  • Understanding of Sensitive information disclosure (PII Leakage) and Data & model poisoning
  • Model tampering and extraction
  • Supply chain and third-party risks
  • Risk mitigation and best practices
  • Familiarity with OWASP top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure and GCP.
  • Comfort with container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE), Helm, Docker and secret management.
  • Ability to explain IAM policies, storage and ingress requirements for each model.
  • Knowledge of APIs, HTTP request/response structure and token based authentication
  • Ability to build scripts and integrations with REST APIs in at least one supported language (Python, Node.js, or others)
