This role is for a Sr. Sales Engineer in the Healthcare sector, focusing on providing technical direction and business guidance to the sales team. The responsibilities include driving technical programs, pipeline generation, customer demonstrations, POCs, and evangelizing Rubrik's products. The role requires strong technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics, with an emphasis on solving business challenges for strategic healthcare accounts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provides technical leadership and direction to customers and internal staff in the development of fully integrated technology solutions in support of pre-sales activities in the assigned market.
  2. Assists in the analysis, design and development of fully integrated technology solutions.
  3. Makes technical and sales presentations to customer's technical staff and senior management.
  4. Serves as a trusted technology advisor to customers and serves as an internal resource on technical issues or specific business applications within an assigned market segment.
  5. Leads technical sales calls

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of sales engineering experience preferably in a software or data center environment.
  • fundamental breadth of technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery and data analytics.
  • business acumen and experience working with Cx0 level personnel
