Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

Uber Eats is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst in Tokyo to drive sales strategy, planning, and analysis. The role involves removing blockers for the sales team, interfacing with global/regional teams, managing sales projects, and driving cross-functional planning. Responsibilities include deep dives into complex processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, conducting root cause analysis, and managing sales governance (forecasting, target setting, performance tracking). Required qualifications include business-level English and Japanese fluency, 3+ years of experience in consulting/BI/sales operations, familiarity with sales/rev ops programs, experience with complex stakeholder management, initiative, basic CRM understanding, and advanced analytics skills with Excel/Google Sheets (SQL is a plus). Preferred qualifications include experience building account management teams or L&D, and setting up BI tools/infrastructure.
