What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for driving execution of regional Sales Ops strategies, processes, & programs in partnership with sales leadership for the US and Canada (UCAN) sales region for Netflix Ads
  2. Build and iterate on sales go-to-market strategies including customer and product segmentation, headcount planning and sales org design, sales territory design
  3. Have previous experience in owning regional sales operations processes in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, monthly business reviews
  4. Capable of analyzing sales performance and deriving insights from large data sets across revenue, pipeline, product, sales process
  5. Define, build & maintain the sales inputs, forecasting, and pipeline management of a global advertising business.
