Sr. Sales Partner for Netflix's growing Ads business in Australia, responsible for developing and executing sales strategy, managing C-suite client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the advertising ecosystem. This role requires deep industry understanding, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to identify and capitalize on new opportunities in CTV, programmatic, and emerging ad models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key advertisers and their agency partners to drive revenue growth, while leveraging Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings.
  2. Demonstrate strong sales acumen by rigorously evaluating sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing, and translating business reviews into clear risk mitigation and acceleration actions.
  3. Act as a thought partner to client leadership by helping them understand Netflix’s vision and collaborating on long-term strategies for shared growth.
  4. Advocate for the value proposition of Netflix Ads and champion the adoption and understanding of Netflix Ads platform capabilities to accelerate sales velocity and unlock incremental revenue opportunities.
  5. Identify and capture new growth opportunities across CTV, programmatic, emerging buying models, and cross-border campaigns by monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, and innovation signals.
