This role supports the sales organization, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency by advising sales leaders, owning performance analytics, supporting forecasting, establishing organizational design, and collaborating with supporting functions. It requires experience in sales strategy, operations, SQL, Salesforce, and Excel.

What you'd actually do

  1. Advise sales leaders in driving revenue growth and improved efficiency across the region or business segment
  2. Own end-to-end performance analytics and root-cause assessment from demand generation through post-sales, translating insight into prioritized actions and measured outcomes
  3. Support forecasting processes and reporting, enhancing visibility into sales and management activities
  4. Establish organizational design and growth needs, including headcount tracking, quota allocations, and organization charts
  5. Support annual strategic planning and the recurring business review cadence (quarterly/monthly)
