Sr. Security Services Solutions Architect, Aws Security Services Sa - North America

Amazon Amazon · Big Tech · CA, ON +1 · Solutions Architect

This role is for a Sr. Security Services Solutions Architect at AWS, focused on driving customer adoption of AWS security services, particularly for generative AI and agentic architectures. The architect will own the technical relationship with enterprise customers, design solutions, and provide feedback to product teams. While the role involves securing AI/agentic architectures, the core function is security services architecture and adoption, not building AI models or agents themselves.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end technical relationship with a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding their adoption of AWS security services including Security Hub, GuardDuty, Amazon Inspector, and Amazon Detective
  2. Architect solutions to complex security problems where the technology strategy is not yet defined - helping customers move from intent to implementation with confidence
  3. Work as a paired technical and commercial unit with a security services seller, driving service adoption and measurable customer outcomes together
  4. Help customers secure their generative AI and agentic architectures, meeting them where they are and helping them move faster without sacrificing their security posture
  5. Serve as the voice of the customer back to AWS security product teams - surface field patterns, identify gaps, and translate that feedback into clear requirements that shape the roadmap
