This role is a quota-carrying Services Account Executive for ServiceNow, focusing on selling services (Impact, implementation, training) that help customers adopt products and achieve business outcomes. The role involves collaborating with sales teams, developing sales strategies, creating demand for services, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers regarding their digital transformation roadmap and the use of ServiceNow services. A key qualification is experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with software sales account teams, Customer Outcomes team members, and our eco-system of delivery partners
  2. Develop and execute a services sales strategy in the designated territory with a target account list
  3. Proactively create new Services opportunities (Impact, Implementation Services, and Training) in both new and installed base customers
  4. Create pipeline and manage end-to-end forecasting process for Services opportunities
  5. Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future digital transformation roadmap and driving the right mix of ServiceNow services to meet their needs

Skills

Required

  • Services sales experience
  • SaaS software or solution sales
  • New account sales focus
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across lines of business and multiple customer and partner personas, including executives
  • Strong operational command
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

  • Existing relationships in large enterprise accounts
