What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations (using REST APIs, JDBC, MID servers, and Integration Hub) with a focus on keeping the instance as Out-of-the-Box as possible.
  2. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications.
  3. Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  4. Design, develop, and implement AI‑driven solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow platform, configurations and customizations.
