PayPal, Inc. seeks **Sr. Software Engineer **in **San Jose, CA **
Job Duties: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify testing requirements for new features and provide timely and meaningful feedback. Own the creation of detailed and thoughtful test plans and test cases. Promote and encourage a culture of quality throughout the organization. Collaborate in the release process by providing thoughtful test results with high confidence. Contribute to a regression automation suite to reduce manual efforts. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
Experience with XCUITest iOS automation (2 years);
Experience with Mobile application testing (2 years);
Experience with Web application testing (2 years);
Experience with Jenkins CI pipelines (2 years);
Experience with RESTful API (2 years);
Experience developing and executing detailed test cases and test plans (4 years);
Experience with Copilot AI;
Experience with Swift.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:
Primary Location | Pay Range:
San Jose, California | Salary: $169,262.00-243,500.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
