Sr Solution Consultant / German Speaking

This role is for a Sr. Solution Consultant supporting sales for ServiceNow's Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solutions. The consultant will act as a technical and domain expert, leading discovery workshops, giving product demonstrations, and providing feedback to product management. While the role involves integrating AI into work processes, it is not a core AI/ML development role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
  2. Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
  3. Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
  4. Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement
  5. Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional value

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
  • German speaking

Nice to have

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
