This role is a Sr. Solution Consultant for ServiceNow's Public Sector offerings, focusing on Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solutions. The primary responsibility is to support sales cycles by acting as a technical and domain expert, leading discovery workshops, demonstrating product capabilities, and providing feedback to product management. While the role involves understanding and integrating AI into work processes, it is not a hands-on AI/ML development role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
  2. Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
  3. Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
  4. Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement
  5. Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional value

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
  • Candidate should be based in the Greater Ottawa area
