Sr. Solution Manager - Visa Direct

Visa is seeking a Sr. Solution Manager for Visa Direct, a payment service facilitating fund transfers and disbursements globally. The role involves contributing to platform enhancements and commercialization, managing the full cycle from opportunity sizing and strategy to deployment, business requirements drafting, quality assurance, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a blend of commercialization, business analysis, and implementation skills, with a deep understanding of payments, mobile money, and consumer behavior. Responsibilities include solution development, go-to-market planning, business analysis, product and platform design, and partner management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be a thought leader and influencer in developing and deploying the solution in the market.
  2. Success of new solutions, platforms require seamless execution based on carefully design market plans.
  3. New solution rollout has complexities involving multiple stake holders and the projects have tight deadlines and executive accountability associated with it.
  4. Recommend and develop product and platform design improvements relevant for CISSEE.
  5. The role holder provides thought leadership to identify target accelerator partners, co-ordinate with partnership teams to sell-in the solution and manage these partners to deployment.

  • Experience of working on payment solutions in the FI, PSP or Technology space
