  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business development teams to translate customer feedback into clear technical requirements and influence product roadmap decisions
  4. Drive API integration development and testing processes, providing technical guidance on best practices for system connectivity, data flow optimization, and quality assurance protocols
  5. Build and implement automation solutions leveraging generative AI tools to streamline the onboarding process from account creation to live operations, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency
