This role supports business sales by leading the technical strategy and solution design for Unified Communications (UCaaS) and Contact Center (CCaaS) opportunities. It involves consulting on sales opportunities, developing tailored solutions, and providing technical support during sales engagements for platforms such as Dialpad and T-Mobile Multiline. The role requires maintaining specialist knowledge of cloud-based value-added solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams for product and market insights. Success is measured by technical win rates, deal acceleration, and the ability to contribute to customer satisfaction by positioning innovative, AI-powered communication solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage in customer meetings to understand business needs and identify solution opportunities, driving sales support activities
  2. Consult with sales teams and customers to develop and recommend Unified Communications (UCaaS) and Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions that meet business requirements.
  3. Maintain specialist knowledge and certifications in cloud communications, VoIP/SIP, and AI-powered technologies to ensure up-to-date technical expertise.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to provide feedback and support special projects
