This role is for a Sr. Solutions Engineer in the Healthcare vertical at Honeywell. The engineer will be responsible for shaping and validating integrated system architectures for healthcare facilities, working closely with sales, engineering, and customer stakeholders. The position is design-led and solutions-focused, emphasizing building systems, integration planning, and technical engagement throughout the pre-sales and solution-development lifecycle. Key responsibilities include leading the design and technical architecture of integrated building systems, translating requirements into solution designs, supporting pre-sales engagements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the design and technical architecture of integrated building systems for healthcare facilities, including building management systems, controls, environmental and critical‑space monitoring, and other low‑voltage building technologies.
  2. Translate clinical, facility, and operational requirements into scalable, clearly documented solution designs with defined integration pathways and functional impacts.
  3. Engage with healthcare owners, facility teams, consultants, and project partners to understand clinical workflows, facility types, and regional design needs across global markets.
  4. Support pre‑sales engagements by providing technical leadership, presenting solution options, and validating system feasibility in partnership with the sales organization (no individual sales quota).
  5. Review system specifications, design drawings, and integration requirements for key healthcare opportunities and major projects.
