What you'd actually do

  1. Drive revenue growth by retaining existing customers, achieving sales quotas, and upselling to create incremental new business.
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage account escalations, and ensure direct communication with key decision makers.
  3. Successfully close sales deals, deliver on sales metrics, and secure renewal and new contracts to meet performance targets.
  4. Assess and understand customer needs to tailor solutions, leveraging a consultative approach to meet strategic business priorities and apply the latest technologies.
  5. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and identify key customer needs, utilizing this knowledge to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score - NPS).
