WHOOP is hiring a Sr. Specialist, Community Engagement to help build, nurture, and grow meaningful relationships with members, athletes, creators, partners, and the broader performance community. As a key member of the Social Media team, you will lead community engagement efforts across social platforms, translating audience conversations into actionable insights while creating opportunities for deeper connection with the WHOOP brand. This role will partner closely with Creative, Brand, Product Marketing, Sports & Talent, Communications, and Customer Experience teams to drive engagement, advocacy, and community-led storytelling that strengthens member affinity and fuels business growth

_The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $110,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training. _
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
