Sr Specialist-engineering

This role is for a Sr. Specialist-Engineering at Eli Lilly, focusing on the reliable, cost-effective, and compliant operation and maintenance of utility systems. What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate contractor activities for LTC Utilities
  2. Coordinate and lead small projects activities
  3. Provide inputs in the schedule development based on engineering activities (equipment installation, MAPs and C&Q activities)
  4. Author and execute C&Q packages.
  5. Lead maintenance team in execution and documentation of the packages

Skills

Required

  • Experience with maintenance and CMMS
  • Demonstrated office software skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, UMS, data historian) and collaboration sites
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of GMP
  • Experience in QMS Change Control and Deviation
  • Previous utilities experience, or demonstrated equivalency
  • Ability to work with multiple clients (supervisors, engineers, operations and maintenance) and able to prioritize when needed.

Nice to have

  • Two-year technical degree and/or equivalent
