What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and lead all aspects of activation strategy across paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) aligned with integrated media and business goals.
  2. Lead performance analysis of in-market campaigns including keyword, ad copy, and competitive analysis.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact with business units, Integrated Marketing, and Media Communications Planning.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of Search Specialists; manage capacity and resourcing through Workfront and team planning.
  5. Manage and track strategic testing plans across programs to fuel ongoing learning and efficiency.
