The Sr. Staff Outbound Product Manager will be responsible for the market success of ServiceNow's AI Assistant portfolio, focusing on shaping the narrative, ensuring repeatable deployments, and enabling field teams to drive adoption and growth. This role involves deep customer and market understanding, defining and testing 'GA readiness' for integrations, leading adoption efforts, managing early access programs, advocating for the Voice of the Customer, and translating field insights into product requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop deep customer and market understanding: segment needs, competitive landscape, and the real-world constraints of deploying integrations in large enterprises (security, governance, admin workflows, change management).
  2. Help with defining and testing “GA readiness” for integrations: packaging, documentation, deployment guides, support escalation paths, and operational playbooks.
  3. Lead adoption efforts for new capabilities and major integrations, including announcements, release notes, demo assets, and internal enablement.
  4. Lead early access programs to gather feedback and validate new product capabilities.
  5. Serve as a primary advocate for the Voice of the Customer (VoC) within product, engineering, and leadership teams.
