This role focuses on designing and shipping AI-native capabilities for intelligent agentic systems within complex creative and enterprise workflows. The designer will lead initiatives, establish mental models for human-AI collaboration, design interaction frameworks for multi-step workflows and tool-using skills, and prototype in code. The role requires experience designing and shipping AI-assisted or agent-based systems, working with LLMs, and comfort with prototyping and production implementations.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in product, systems, or interaction design
  • Demonstrated experience designing and shipping AI-assisted or agent-based systems
  • Experience designing for creative tools or deep familiarity with creative workflows
  • Hands-on experience working with large language models and designing adaptive or generative interfaces
  • Comfort prototyping in code and contributing production-quality implementations alongside engineering teams
  • Strong systems thinking and experience working within complex, cross-functional environments
