Skills

Required

  • Experience working with complex disparate experiences, and crafting a unified experience that meets customer and business objectives.
  • Able to balance speed and rigor, pivot directions, and seek solutions in creative ways. Dives into the details to drive tough decisions forward.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual storytelling) to influence and align teams, and confidence in presenting and articulating design strategies to partners at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. Able to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and keep multiple initiatives moving forward.
  • Exceptional visual, interaction, and prototyping design skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with Cursor.ai or other AI-powered design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
  • Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
  • Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
