This role is for a Sr. Staff Product Manager focused on Revenue Products within The Trade Desk. The primary responsibility is to define product strategy, roadmaps, and drive execution for mission-critical revenue products that power the global go-to-market organization. The role involves partnering with GTM, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business problems into AI-native product solutions and intelligent tooling, aiming to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational scale. It emphasizes a modern, composable architecture approach and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on building scalable platforms and workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with GTM teams and Revenue Operations to deeply understand sales and revenue workflows, identify friction points, and design intelligent products and automations that improve how teams operate day to day.
  2. Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Revenue Products supporting our global go-to-market organization.
  3. Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable AI-native product solutions, workflows, and intelligent tooling grounded in data, experimentation, and measurable outcomes that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational scale across revenue teams.
  4. Reimagine traditional CRM workflows through a headless, composable architecture approach that prioritizes flexibility, interoperability, and user experience.
  5. Drive prioritization decisions across competing initiatives while balancing speed, quality, scalability, and immediate business impact.

Skills

Required

  • Product Management experience in technology-heavy environments
  • ownership over product strategy, roadmap definition, and execution
  • Experience building products, platforms, or workflow systems supporting go-to-market, revenue, sales, customer success, or operational teams at scale
  • Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on products using customer feedback, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with modern CRM and revenue ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of platform integrations, APIs, event-driven systems, and data flows across enterprise applications
