Databricks is seeking a Sr Staff Product Operation Analyst to lead key projects, collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, HR, and Finance to ensure systems deliver operational excellence and scale. The role involves leading Serverless Networking platform projects, driving launch of external customer-facing networking features, and enhancing underlying networking infrastructure. Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, orchestrating jobs, establishing standards, acting as a liaison between teams, scaling support operations, and influencing stakeholders with data-driven narratives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead key projects, collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Engineering, Data Science, HR, and Finance to ensure our systems deliver operational excellence while scaling with the company.
  2. In this role, you will be leading and supporting Serverless Networking platform projects where you will work across teams to drive launch of external customer-facing networking features and enhance the underlying networking infrastructure that supports our internal product teams
  3. Build reports and dashboards for monthly, quarterly, and executive-level reporting
  4. Orchestrate jobs using Databricks Jobs and Lakeflow Declarative Pipelines with built-in data validation and reconciliations
  5. Act as the connective tissue between Support, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to drive operational alignment, product readiness, and continuous improvement across support workflows
