Seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable, cloud-based AI/ML solutions that drive clinical and operational impact within regulated healthcare environments. The role requires strong program management expertise combined with an understanding of cloud platforms, AI/ML lifecycle, and healthcare workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end program management of AI/ML digital solutions, from ideation through deployment and post-launch optimization
  2. Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, data science, product, clinical, regulatory, and business teams
  3. Manage AI/ML solution lifecycle, including data ingestion, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring
  4. Oversee cloud-based solution delivery on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance
  5. Ensure adherence to regulated industry standards (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, GxP) for medical devices or life sciences
