What you'd actually do

  1. Effectively work back from the customer to define the ambiguous into meaningful problem statements and solutions
  2. Build roadmaps that prioritize development based on business/supply chain impact
  3. Monitoring, analyzing and owning Key Performance Indicators; Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around inventory efficiency, OIH and defects including presenting insights, themes and trends to Leadership.
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability and work with partner teams on execution
  5. Communicate complex requirements, project status, and tradeoffs, across business, tech and operations stakeholders spanning all organization levels

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice to have

  • 4+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
