What you'd actually do

  1. Improve operations and merchant experience: Partner with Commercial teams to identify operational inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions that improve onboarding, service levels, and overall merchant satisfaction.
  2. Turn insights into action: Analyze data, experiments, and performance trends to identify opportunities, uncover key drivers, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  3. Optimize operational processes: Design, test, and continuously improve operational flows to enhance courier efficiency and merchant performance.
  4. Drive cross-functional execution: Collaborate closely with regional, product, and other operations teams to identify and execute high-impact initiatives, remove roadblocks, and ensure progress against core operational metrics.
  5. Fuel growth: Lead high-priority, strategic initiatives that directly support the growth, scalability, and long-term success of Uber Direct across CASA countries.
