This role is for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at F5, focusing on hiring for Sales, Technology, and Leadership roles in Japan. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Technology, and Leadership roles in Japan
  2. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders as a trusted recruitment advisor
  3. Define hiring strategies, role requirements, and success criteria through structured intake meetings
  4. Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
  5. Deliver high-quality candidate assessment and an excellent candidate experience

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search
  • Proven experience recruiting Sales, Technology, and/or Leadership roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting in Japan
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence senior leaders
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
  • Experience using ATS and modern recruiting tools
  • Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
