This role provides technical support and guidance for the Databricks unified analytics platform, assisting customers with complex issues, best practices, performance improvements, and third-party integrations. It involves troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams, with a focus on customer advocacy and platform expertise.

What you'd actually do

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to Neon and the wider Databricks ecosystem
  2. Provide best practices support for custom-built solutions developed by customers
  3. Deliver suggestions for improving performance in customer-specific environments
  4. Assist with issues around third-party integrations with Databricks environment
  5. Demonstrate and coordinate with engineering and escalation teams to achieve resolution of customer issues and requests

  • PostgreSQL knowledge
